Bookings are online with a valid credit card. The supplier will confirm the booking within 24 hours and you will receive the voucher. A deposit of 25% is request to confirm the booking and will be debited from your credit card at time of confirmation of the booking. Mean when the client does the booking on the web site the booking will be on hold until the supplier confirms it.

Credit cards accepted are VISA CARDS / MASTERCARDS. When the client gives his credit card details they are given on an SSL secure payment.Cancelation policy: You can cancel the booking with the supplier with no penalty up to 4 days before arrival. Then from 3 days to 2 days 50% of the total amount of booking with a minimum of 1 day penalty . Cancelation less than 2 days before arrival 100% penalty non refundable. No show is non refundable. In any circumstances. Time and date of booking has to be respected. If you have any delay you will lose the lost time in any circumstances.   

Cancellation for Bookings on Praslin will be debited on the client's credit card by our company 'Rent a car Seychelles' even if bookings are confirmed with another rent a car company through our website.

All claims should be done directly with the car hire in charge of your booking and as the car hire is the one who gets payment he is responsible for any dispute. We suggest for any cancelation that you copy us your email of cancelation. For any dispute if no reasonable solution is found between the car hire and the client then it will be taken up with the court of law of  Seychelles. In any case neither the client nor the car hire can claim any responsibality against the website “https://www.rent-a-car-seychelles-mahe-praslin.com” or official company to who the website belongs to. All responsibility of the rental remains to the car hire in charge of the rental.
